Senator Obama just gave a speech at the Chicago Counsel on Foreign Affairs.
The speech is billed as outlining Obama's foreign policy vision. It purposefully deals only breifly with Iraq and rather turns to America's larger foreign policy concerns going forward (which Obama acknowledges can be resolved only after ending the War in Iraq.)
In an interview during a stop in New Hampshire Obama dealt directly with the criticism he faced over "caving" to Bush.
Recently, questions have been raised about whether Senator Obama has been consistent on his positions on the war. Below you will find some of the common critiques leveled at Senator Obama, the sources of those critiques, and the Senator's responses.

According to the Cspan.com website, Barack Obama's speech will be broadcast on C-span tomorrow at 12:30 pm.
Senator Obama has often remarked on how the civil rights movement drew him into politics. Even if you support another candidate, tomorrow is an important anniversary for progressives and I encorage everyone to watch. I am confident Senator Obama's speech will inspire all progressives to continue to pursue our ideas of social justice and equality.

The interview is helpful to anyone who wants to learn more about Senator Obama and the way he approaches issues. For those unfamiliar with Senator Obama, it is informative in that sense.
There is also a link on the page about Obama discussing fundraising and public financing. It's interesting. Many of you have read or seen Obama's comments at a Chicago Rally discussing his opposition to the War. However, some have said that it is hard to know how he would have voted if he was put to a vote.
Here is a link of Obama discussing the Iraq vote in an interview with Jeff Berkowitz. This adds additional ammunition to Obama's position.
